Delivery times

All orders for Oman are fulfilled and shipped from our centre in Kuwait with Aramex, and arrive within 5 to 7 working days of the order being confirmed.

  • Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
  • Your order is usually handed to Aramex within 1–2 working days of payment; the rest of the window covers transit and customs clearance at the border.
  • Aramex will contact you on the mobile number on your order to arrange the final delivery.
Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order and the address you are shipping to. The exact amount is shown in full before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.

Any free-delivery offer or promotion that applies to your order is applied at the same point.

Prices and VAT

All prices on the site are shown in Omani Rial and include VAT. The price you see on a product is the price you pay for it.

Your order total at checkout is the product prices plus the shipping fee. Nothing further is collected on delivery.

Order processing

Every order is checked, packed by hand and sealed at our fulfilment centre before it leaves us. Fragile items such as glass bottles, reed diffusers and candles are wrapped separately.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your payment is approved, and a second message when your parcel is on its way. If you do not receive the confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us — the message may have been filtered.

Delivery areas

We deliver to residential and business addresses across Oman, wherever Aramex operates. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Please give a full address, including governorate, wilayat, area and way number, plus a mobile number that is reachable during the delivery window. Incomplete addresses are the single most common cause of delay, and cross-border shipments are less forgiving of them.

Customs and clearance

Because your order crosses the border from Kuwait, it passes through customs clearance, which Aramex handles on our behalf. Any duties that apply are settled as part of the amount you paid at checkout.

If an authority applies an additional charge that could not be calculated in advance, we will contact you before your parcel is released. You will never be asked to pay a courier at the door without us telling you first.

If you are not at home

Aramex will call you on the number on your order before delivering. If they cannot reach you:

  • A second delivery attempt is made at no extra cost.
  • Your parcel may be held at the local Aramex branch for a short period for you to collect.
  • If it is still unclaimed, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a re-delivery fee may apply.

Please keep your phone reachable once the parcel is out for delivery — this is the single biggest cause of returned shipments.

Delays outside our control

We plan the 5 to 7 working days with a margin, but some things are outside our hands: severe weather, border congestion, customs inspections, national holidays and peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid and National Day. In these cases we will keep you informed and deliver as soon as we can.

A delay of this kind does not, on its own, entitle you to cancel a confirmed order, but you keep all of your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy once the order arrives.

Wrong address or a change of mind

Tell us straight away if you entered the wrong address. We can change it free of charge while the order is still being prepared in Kuwait. Once the parcel has been handed to Aramex the address can no longer be changed, and the order must complete its journey before it can be returned.
